Performance Psychology is about getting the most out of yourself when the pressure is on. It is about learning to stick to a process, to train with full commitment, and to build the courage to take risks and execute.
I work with a wide variety of Elite and Professional performers. I have helped mentally prepare medal winning athletes for the Olympics games, Winter Olympics and Paralympics. I currently work at the Melbourne Football Club as the Lead Club Psychologist.
Performance work isn’t restricted to athletes; I work with a number of actors, performers, musicians, businesses, and students as well. You don’t need to be a professional to get the most out your mental game: Performance Psychology can help emerging athletes and performers across all levels to gain a performance edge on the competition.
